Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Admission Process:

Once an admission is taken will not be cancelled and payment is non-refundable.

Fees & Payments:

  • EMI Facility:
    Candidates availing the EMI facility must ensure timely payment of their dues. Any delay of one day will result in an additional charge of Rs. 250 added to the fees. Alternatively, the sessions may be put on hold until the student completes the payment.

    Cheque Payment:
    For payments made through cheques, it is essential to maintain sufficient balance to avoid any bounce charges. In the event of a bounced cheque, the candidate will be responsible for bearing the bounce charge of Rs. 750.

    Non-Refundable Policy:
    LetsPlanOut strictly adheres to a non-refundable policy. In unforeseen circumstances, the institute reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any batch. Please note that no fee will be refunded if the learning mode of the course is shifted from classroom to online due to unpredictable circumstances.

    Cancellation of Admission:
    No fee will be refunded if the student has attended either the online or offline lectures and wishes to cancel the admission process.

    Refund Policy:
    Refunds are not applicable for the Online Advanced Digital Marketing Certification Course. Registration fees are conditionally refundable and non-transferable. The conditions for refunds are as follows, along with the breakup of the refund amount:

    1. If a student withdraws admission or communicates their intention not to commence the course within 5 days of admission, a full refund will be provided after deducting Rs. 7000/- as an administrative charge.

    2. The refund process will be initiated within 30 working days, once all other formalities have been completed.

    Admission Cancellation:
    If a candidate fails to clear the due installment within 15 days of the deadline, the institute reserves the right to cancel their admission.

    Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the institute.

Refund of fee in other cases:

  1. Disciplinary Action or Violation of Regulations: In the event that the admission of a student is cancelled due to disciplinary action, violation of Anti Ragging Regulations, substance abuse, breach of code of conduct, or any other rules and regulations of the Institute, no refund of fees will be permissible.

  2. Failing Eligibility Verification: If the admission is cancelled on the grounds of failing the eligibility verification, no refund of the paid amount will be granted.

  3. Management’s Decision: For cases not covered under the aforementioned rules, the decision regarding the refund of fees will be taken by the management of the Institute. The management’s decision will be final and binding.

Other Terms & Conditions:

Classroom Assets: In the event that any assets, such as laptops, chargers, mice, or other equipment, are misused or damaged in the classroom, the individual responsible will be required to bear the fine associated with the repair or replacement of the damaged item.

Attendance: 100% attendance is mandatory for all sessions to ensure that participants gain maximum benefits from the course. Attendance records will be maintained, and failure to meet the attendance requirements may affect the participant’s eligibility for course completion or certification.

Curriculum Changes: Changes to the curriculum may be made periodically to keep the course content up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology. The management reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions, as well as the course content, without prior notice.

Session and Batch Alterations: The Academy reserves the right to alter session dates or batch start dates as necessary. This may occur due to various factors, such as the scheduling of exams by external examination centers.

Module Examinations: Upon completion of each module, all students are required to participate in the respective module examinations. Only students who have appeared for these exams will be eligible for placement opportunities.

LMS Fees: A separate fee of INR 15,000 is applicable for LMS (Learning Management System) access. However, LMS access is provided for free to students enrolled in the Masters in Digital Marketing Course for one year.

LMS Access and Non-payment: If students fail to pay the complete fees for LMS access without any consent or agreement, their LMS access will be revoked until the payment is made in full.

Copyright and LMS Material: The LMS access provided to students is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the LMS material is strictly prohibited.

Photographs and Filming: ProiDeators Institute may use photographs or film footage of students for promotional purposes. By enrolling in the course, students grant permission for their images to be used in marketing materials or on the institute’s website or social media platforms.
